Roma set to fight off interest from Manchester City and Manchester United to land Turkish teen sensation

Roma are reportedly close to completing a deal for teen sensation Cengiz Under.

The Italian giants are closing in on the Turkey international, though no details of the potential deal have yet emerged.
Under's agent went on the record in July stating that he feels it would be best for his client to remain in Turkey with Basaksehir for a further year.
